Beef Sliced Biltong

Only prime A grade silverside beef is used and dried to prefection.

 

Beef Dry Wors

Prime low fat topside beef is used to manufacture the filling.  Fat Content limited to 20%.

 

Beef Traditional Sticks

Prime A grade topside beef cuts are sliced and trimmed into thin, well flavoured meat strips.  Extra dried to bring out our traditional flavour.

 

Beef Chilli Nuggets

Prime A grade topside is used with chilli spice flavour before cutting and moulding into little nuggets with its exceptional taste.

 

Game Dry Wors

Assorted season venison with a very low fat content is used as a filling.  Fat content is limited to 10%.

 

Kudu Biltong Pieces

Only Kudu meat is used to manufacture this famous traditional snack. Kudu is known for its distinct texture and taste. The product is therfore slightly spiced.

 

Springbok Biltong Pieces

Most sought after biltong - due to the unique texture, flavour and very low fat content.
